The particles are transported to the hot screening for sorting, and the fine particles are directly returned to the drum granulator to continue to participate in the adhesion of the particles into balls as the core.

The semi-finished granules after screening are transported to the organic fertilizer cooler, and the fertilizer is cooled by natural cold air or forced cold air.

It is transported to the finished product screening machine, and the large particles are crushed by the pulverizer and returned to the drum granulator to continue to participate in ball formation.

The qualified products after screening are transported to the coating machine for coating treatment.

Transported to the automatic packaging scale for weighing, packaging and storage.

Drying, cooling and workshop dust are emptied up to the standard after three-stage treatment by cyclone dust collector, labyrinth dust chamber and wet washing.

Using the drum granulation process to produce livestock manure organic fertilizer has the following advantages:

Steam is introduced into the material layer in the drum to increase the temperature of the granulated material, so that the salts of the granulated material are dissolved, and a high liquid phase amount can be obtained at a low moisture content to meet the required liquid phase amount for material granulation. At the same time, the amount of evaporated water in the drying process is reduced.

The inner wall of the drum is lined with a number of soft rubber sheets or polypropylene sheets, and there are ventilation holes in the corresponding positions of the cylinder body. The material on the inner lining falls down due to gravity to achieve the effect of automatic cleaning of the material.

During the operation, the operator can observe the balling of the material at any time, and take corresponding measures in time as needed to ensure the normal operation of the system.
