Disc Pelletizer is the main equipment to make powder form material into balls, primarily used in the cement industry, steel industry, and compound fertilizer industry. It offers numerous advantages including uniform ball formation, easy water control, high ball strength, simple structure, convenient operation, low energy consumption, stable rotation, and more.

Working Principle
The disc revolves at a specific angle relative to the horizontal plane. Basic fertilizer powder mixed according to the formula is added to the disc during rotation. The powder rises with the revolving disc due to friction between the powder and disc surface, while simultaneously falling under gravity. Centrifugal force swings the powder toward the disc edge. With the spraying of cementing agent water, the powder material rolls in a specific pattern under these three forces, gradually forming into the required size before overflowing from the disc edge.
