The granulation disc utilizes an overall arc structure, achieving a granulation rate of 93% or higher. It includes three discharge ports for convenient intermittent production operations. The reducer and motor are driven by flexible belts, enabling smooth startup and reduced impact force. The bottom of the pelletizing disc is reinforced with multiple radiant steel plates, ensuring durability and preventing deformation.

Working Principle
Various dry powder materials are added from the top of the equipment, where they undergo degassing, spiral pre-compression, and transportation to the arc-shaped notches of the two rollers. The two rollers rotate at the same speed in opposite directions, biting the materials into the tank and performing forced compression.
After passing through the compression zone, the pressure gradually reduces. The material's surface tension and gravity cause it to naturally escape, entering the crusher and sizing machine for processing. The material then moves to the vibrating screen for screening, with qualified products being sent to the finished product warehouse or directly packaged.
