Our rotary dryers are specifically optimized to handle the high-humidity and sticky nature of chicken manure. Featuring a higher diameter-to-length ratio, unique flight distribution and shape, and effective internal breaking mechanism, these dryers efficiently process challenging materials.

Poultry manure is rich in nutrients and trace elements, making it an excellent organic fertilizer. Converting poultry manure into compound organic fertilizer not only transforms waste into valuable resources but also reduces environmental pollution and prevents disease spread, delivering significant economic and social benefits.

Working Principle
Cow Manure: Contains 14.5% organic matter with N:0.30-0.45%, P:0.15-0.25%, K:0.10-0.15%. A slow-acting fertilizer with high soil value, though lower in organic matter and nutrients compared to other livestock manure.
Pig Manure: Contains 15% organic matter with N:0.5-0.45%, P:0.6-0.5%, K:0.35-0.45%. Features fine texture and complex composition including protein, fat, organic acids, and inorganic salts. Easily decomposed by microorganisms due to favorable carbon-to-nitrogen ratio (14:1).
Chicken Manure: Rich in nutrients including dry matter:89.8%, crude protein:28.8%, and essential amino acids. Each ton contains N:11.35 kg, P(P2O5):10.44 kg, K(K2O):5.45 kg. More efficient than pig or cow manure, also suitable for biogas production.

Technological Process
  1. Fermentation Process: Initial organic matter fermentation with mixer tumbling action to accelerate fermentation speed.
  2. Crushing Process: Crusher breaks down compost blocks for pelleting (optional if no lumps present).
  3. Quantitative Composition Process: Automatic batching system with belt scales for precise ingredient proportions (optional for pure organic fertilizer).
  4. Pelleting Process: Disc pellet mill automatically sieves optimal pellet shapes, enabling controlled fertility release.
  5. Drying Process: Rotary drum dryer reduces pellet humidity to ≤14% for better storage and shape retention.
  6. Cooling Process: Roller cooling machine increases pellet hardness post-drying.
  7. Screening Process: Drum screen sieve separates moderate-sized pellets; oversized/undersized pellets are recycled.
  8. Coating Process: Roller coating machine applies anti-adhesion coating to granules.
  9. Packing Process: Automatic packing machine bags finished product for sale.
