About Compound Fertilizer

Compound fertilizer production lines are widely applied to produce compound fertilizers with capacities ranging from 5,000-200,000 tons per year. These systems can granulate various materials including NPK, NP, ANP, DAP, MAP, CAN, SSP and other compounds into uniform fertilizer particles in a single processing line.

The production line is specially engineered for manufacturing compound fertilizers with different concentrations and types, including organic fertilizers, inorganic fertilizers, biological fertilizers, and magnetic fertilizers. Production Process
Mixing Process

Required chemicals are mixed together, including NPK, NP, ANP, DAP, MAP, CAN, SSP, or chemical compounds such as ASO4, MOP, SOP, MAP, and CaCo3.

Crushing Process

Lump materials are crushed after the fermentation process. Manual granulation is difficult, making fertilizer crushers essential. We recommend high moisture materials crusher machines for their ability to crush semi-wet materials with high efficiency.

Granulating Process

This is the most critical production process where nutrients can be added according to specific requirements. Spherical particles are processed efficiently, saving substantial energy. The new type organic fertilizer granulator is the most suitable machine for this application.

Drying Process

After granulation, particles require drying to reduce moisture content to 10%-40%. Rotary drum drying machines effectively reduce particle moisture and are ideal for organic fertilizer production.

Cooling Process

To ensure product quality, particles are cooled after drying using rotary drum cooling machines.

Screening Process

During production, some fertilizers may not meet quality standards. Rotary drum fertilizer screening machines separate rejected materials from standard products.

Packing Process

Fertilizer packaging machines automatically and efficiently pack processed fertilizers into bags, completing the production cycle.
