The organic fertilizer production line includes fermentation equipment, crushing equipment, granulation equipment, drying equipment, cooling equipment, screening equipment, coating equipment, and automatic packaging equipment.

1. Fermentation Process: Initial stage where organic matter undergoes fermentation. Compost is fed into the mixer for tumbling action and mixing to increase fermentation efficiency.
2. Crushing Process: Compost blocks are crushed through the crusher to prepare for pelleting. This step can be omitted if compost fermentation efficiency is good without lumps.
3. Quantitative Composition Process: Automatic batching system with multiple quantitative belt scales for precise ingredient proportions. Can be omitted for pure organic fertilizer production.
4. Pelleting Process: Core step using disc pellet mill or rotary drum pellet mill for fertilizer granulation. Automatically sieves pellets according to customer requirements, maintaining fertility release and reducing artificial fertilization frequency.
5. Drying Process: Rotary drum dryer reshapes pellet shape and ensures storage quality by reducing humidity to no more than 14%.
6. Cooling Process: Roller cooling machine increases fertilizer pellet hardness after drying.
7. Screening Process: Drum screen sieve machine separates moderate-sized pellets. Oversized or undersized pellets are re-crushed and re-granulated.
8. Coating Process: Roller coating machine applies coating to fertilizer granules to prevent particle adhesion.
9. Packing Process: Final stage using automatic packing machine for efficient bagging and sale.
10. Dust Collector System: Collects ash and dust from the entire production line.
11. Associated Equipment: Includes belt conveyors, bucket elevators, and other supporting machinery.

The manure rotary drum dryer is widely used for drying chicken manure, cow dung, poultry manure, sludge, bean residue, cassava dregs, and other high viscosity materials.
