Production Benefits

After safe disposal and fermentation, raw materials are transformed into bio-organic fertilizers containing multiple organic acids, peptides, and rich nutrients including nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium. Production Process

The complete production line includes fermentation machine, crusher, mixer, granulator machine, dryer, cooler, screening machine, packing machine, belt conveyor, and other accessories.

Fermentation Process

Bio-organic raw material fermentation is fundamental to production quality. Groove type compost turners thoroughly compost high-stacked materials with large capacity, while self-propelled turners work efficiently indoors or outdoors, accelerating aerobic fermentation. Natural composting typically requires 5-8 days to produce pure organic matter.

Crushing Process

Our semi-wet material crusher with high-speed rotating blades efficiently processes high water-content organic materials. This single reversible crusher performs exceptionally well with chicken manure, sludge, and other wet materials, shortening production cycles and reducing costs.

Mixing Process

After crushing, auxiliary materials are added according to formula specifications and thoroughly mixed using single-shaft or double-shaft mixers to ensure uniform consistency.

Granulating Process

This process reduces energy waste in drying by enabling immediate screening after granulation. The system achieves 100% pure organic fertilizer granules with low energy consumption, minimal production expenses, and high output quantities.

Drying Process

Rotary drum drying machines process fertilizers with specific humidity and particle size levels. Materials are conveyed to the drum via belt conveyor, with various heat sources available including coal gas producers and directly/indirectly heated stoves to meet different drying requirements.

Cooling Process

Rotary drum coolers strengthen fertilizer particles by properly cooling the processed materials.

Screening Process

High-performance rotary drum screening machines separate returned materials from finished products. Returned materials are recycled through the crusher, while finished products proceed to coating machines or automatic packaging systems.

Packing Process

Finished products enter packing machines via belt conveyors for automatic quantitative packaging.
