Product Description
With the rapid development of intensive breeding, livestock and poultry manure, agricultural waste, food, and kitchen waste are increasingly polluting the environment. However, these substances are valuable resources for producing feed and fertilizer. If they can be developed and utilized, they will be of great significance to the development of animal husbandry and planting production, saving food, and promoting agricultural production and income.
Dingli has developed a complete set of organic fertilizer production line equipment, which is used for the rapid fermentation, drying, granulation and mixing of livestock and poultry manure, various pesticide residues, food, kitchen waste and other materials. This is a complete set of equipment from raw material collection to finished product packaging.
The organic fertilizer production line includes fermentation equipment, crushing equipment, granulation equipment, drying equipment, cooling equipment, screening equipment, coating equipment, automatic packaging equipment, etc.
Process:
1. Fermentation process: The initial stage of the production line is the fermentation of organic matter. In the preparation stage, the compost is fed into the mixer and tumbled and mixed in the mixer to further improve the efficiency of the fermentation rate.
2. Crushing process: This process uses a crusher to crush the compost blocks to prepare for the granulation process. If the compost fermentation efficiency is good and there is no agglomeration, this step can be omitted.
3. Quantitative batching process: If multiple materials need to be added during the processing, in order to improve the processing efficiency and the accurate proportion of the ingredients during processing, an automated batching system can be used. The system consists of multiple quantitative belt scales. On the contrary, if pure organic fertilizer is produced, this step can be omitted.
4. Granulation process: Disc granulator (also known as drum granulator) is widely used in fertilizer granulation. As the core step of the production line, our equipment can automatically screen out the most suitable particle shape according to customer needs. After fertilizer granulation, it can maintain the release of fertilizer power and greatly reduce the frequency of manual fertilization.
5. Drying process: In order to reshape the granules for easy storage, the moisture content of the fertilizer should not exceed 14%. Drum dryers are widely used to dry fertilizer granules.
6. Cooling process: In order to increase the hardness of fertilizer particles, the dried fertilizer particles need to be cooled, and the drum cooler can meet this need.
7. Screening process: The particles of appropriate size are screened out through a rotary screen. Fertilizer particles that are too small or too large are re-crushed and re-granulated.
8. Coating process: Use a drum coating machine to coat the fertilizer particles to prevent the particles from sticking together.
9. Packaging process: The packaging process is the last link of the entire factory. Generally speaking, fully automatic packaging machines are more efficient in bagging sales.
10. Dust removal system: collects the ash generated by the entire production line.
11. Supporting equipment: such as belt conveyor, bucket elevator, etc.
