Product Overview

The Organic Fertilizer Production Line is designed to produce various organic fertilizers from diverse raw materials including animal manure, agricultural waste, industrial waste, and kitchen waste. After proper safety disposal and fermentation, these materials are transformed into bio-organic fertilizers containing multiple organic acids, peptides, and essential nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium.

Organic fertilizers provide comprehensive nutrition for plants and crops while offering long-lasting fertilizer effects. They enhance soil organic matter, promote microbial growth, and improve soil chemical, physical properties, and biological activity.

Technological Process Details
1. Fermentation Process

The initial stage involves organic matter fermentation. During preparation, compost is fed into a mixer for tumbling action and mixing to enhance fermentation efficiency and speed.

2. Crushing Process

Compost blocks are crushed through a crusher to prepare for pelleting. This step can be omitted if compost fermentation efficiency is good and no lumps are present.

3. Quantitative Composition Process

For processing requiring multiple material types, an automatic batching system with quantitative belt scales ensures precise ingredient proportions. This step can be omitted for pure organic fertilizer production.

4. Pelleting Process

Disc pellet mill (rotary drum pellet mill) is widely used for fertilizer granulation. As the core production step, our equipment automatically sieves pellets to the optimal shape according to customer requirements, maintaining fertility release and reducing artificial fertilization frequency.

5. Drying Process

Rotary drum dryer reshapes pellet form and ensures better storage by reducing fertilizer humidity to no more than 14%.

6. Cooling Process

Roller cooling machine increases fertilizer pellet hardness after drying.

7. Screening Process

Drum screen sieve machine separates moderate-sized pellets. Oversized or undersized pellets are re-crushed and re-granulated.

8. Coating Process

Roller coating machine applies coating to fertilizer granules to prevent particle adhesion.

9. Packing Process

Automatic packing machine efficiently bags the final product for sale, completing the production cycle.

10. Dust Collector System

Collects ash and dust generated throughout the entire production line.

11. Associated Equipment

Includes belt conveyors, bucket elevators, and other supporting machinery.
