The SHY Series Organic Fertilizer Polishing Machine (also known as the fertilizer rounding or shaping machine) is designed to transform irregular extruded pellets or disc-granulated particles into uniform, spherical, and smooth-surfaced granules. It is an essential piece of equipment for producing high-grade organic fertilizer, bio-organic fertilizer, and compound fertilizer.

Working Principle

The machine operates on a high-speed centrifugal throwing principle. It consists of 2 or 3 polishing cylinders arranged in sequence:

  • Feeding: Cylindrical or irregular granules from an extruder or granulator enter the first chamber
  • Centrifugal Throwing: The rotating disc spins the material at high speed
  • Friction & Rolling: Material rolls against the cylinder wall and collisions occur, rounding off sharp edges into spheres
  • Multi-stage Polishing: Material automatically flows to the next disc for further smoothing
  • Discharge: Finished spherical granules exit with high density and uniform appearance
