The Organic Fertilizer Round Polishing Machine is designed based on the Flat Die Extrusion Granulator Machine. It polishes cylindrical pellets made by the Flat Die Extrusion Granulator Machine into ball-shaped granules in one operation, eliminating the need for additional polishing. The ball forming rate is very high (≥97%), producing granules with high density, attractive appearance, and practical functionality. This machine is the ideal equipment for producing organic (biological) fertilizer.

Designed with a special internal structure according to process requirements, this machine serves as an effective dedicated equipment for compound-organic fertilizer production.

This machine produces all granular fertilizer with excellent appearance. The grain fertilizer, produced by either extrusion granulation or disc granulation, is polished in circular motion to achieve uniform size, accurate roundness, bright and smooth surface, and high granule strength. The fertilizer formation rate reaches as high as 98%, with low ball return rate, significantly enhancing the grain fertilizer's quality grade and product image, making it highly welcomed by customers.
