Production Process

The production process for pig and chicken manure organic fertilizer begins with raw materials (animal manure, domestic waste, dead branches, rotten leaves, biogas residue, waste bacteria, etc.) being fermented and then pulverized in a semi-wet material pulverizer. Nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other elements (pure nitrogen, phosphorus pentoxide, potassium chloride, ammonium chloride, etc.) are added to meet required mineral standards. The mixture is then stirred in a mixer before entering the granulation mechanism. The resulting granules are dried, screened, with qualified products packaged and unqualified products returned for re-granulation.

Organic main raw materials: Solid wastes including livestock manure, domestic sludge, and domestic garbage (50-80% of formula)
Inorganic main raw materials: Urea, ammonium phosphate, ordinary calcium, heavy calcium, potassium chloride, potassium sulfate (10-30% of formula)
Trace element additives: Approximately 10% of formula
Bio-organic compound fertilizer additive: Biological bacteria powder (5‰-10%)
Optional raw materials: Peat, oil feet, fly ash, etc.
Auxiliary energy: Water, electricity, coal
