Introduction of Fertilizer Production Line 

The organic fertilizer production line converts fermented organic materials into bio-organic fertilizer through one-step molding technology. Using livestock manure and agricultural waste as primary raw materials, it not only generates economic value but also supports environmental sustainability. After safe treatment and fermentation, the resulting fertilizer is rich in organic acids, peptides, nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium. It provides comprehensive, long-lasting nutrition for crops, enhances soil organic matter, stimulates microbial activity, and improves soil physicochemical properties.

The Working Principle of Fertilizer Production Line

Dry powder materials containing crystalline water (e.g., western or extracted Chinese medicine) are poured into a hopper and conveyed forward by a rotating conical screw. The screw pre-compresses and degasses the material, distributing it evenly across two rollers. The material is then extruded into thin sheets, sent to a granulator, pre-cut by a breakage knife, and finally granulated.
