Product Description
10,000–300,000 t/y NPK Double Roller Granulation Line – High Efficiency, Low Investment
10,000 -300,000 t/y NPK Double Roller Granulation Line - High Efficiency, Low Investment
NPK Fertilizer Production Line Overview
The Double Roller Extrusion Granulation Line is a modern, energy-efficient solution for producing NPK compound fertilizer, organic fertilizer, and BB fertilizer. Unlike traditional wet granulation processes, this line uses a dry extrusion method - no drying or cooling required, significantly reducing energy consumption and investment cost.
With annual capacity ranging from 10,000 to 300,000 tons, this production line is ideal for small to medium-sized fertilizer plants seeking high efficiency, low operating costs, and flexible formula adjustment.
NPK Double Roller Granulation Line overview
Process Flow
  • Batching - Raw materials (urea, MAP, DAP, MOP, SSP, ammonium sulfate, etc.) are proportioned automatically.
  • Mixing - Materials are blended uniformly in a horizontal mixer.
  • Granulation - Double roller extruder presses the mixture into flakes or strips under high pressure.
  • Crushing & Screening - Flakes are crushed and screened into spherical granules.
  • Polishing (Optional) - Granules are rounded for smooth surface and uniform size.
  • Coating (Optional) - Anti-caking coating applied if required.
  • Packaging - Finished granules are automatically weighed and packed.

Applicable Raw Materials
Nutrient Common Raw Materials
Nitrogen (N) Urea, ammonium sulfate, ammonium chloride
Phosphorus (P) MAP, DAP, SSP, calcium-magnesia phosphate
Potassium (K) MOP (potassium chloride), SOP (potassium sulfate)
Additives Trace elements (B, Mn, Zn, etc.), anti-caking agents
Key Advantages
  • No Drying Required - Dry granulation process saves energy and eliminates dryer/cooler investment.
  • High Granulation Rate - Over 90% of material forms qualified granules directly.
  • Wide Raw Material Adaptability - Suitable for urea, MAP, DAP, MOP, SSP, ammonium chloride, ammonium sulfate, etc.
  • Flexible Formula - Easy to adjust NPK ratios for high, medium, or low concentration fertilizers.
  • Low Operating Cost - Simple process, less labor, minimal maintenance.
  • Stable Operation - Mature technology with reliable mechanical design.
  • Environmentally Friendly - No waste water or exhaust gas during production.
