Working Principle

The system operates using a low-speed rotating cylinder installed at a slight incline (2%-3%). Material enters from the higher end, and internal lifting flights continuously lift and cascade the mixture to form a rolling "material bed." Steam or water mist is injected over this moving bed, activating the binding properties of the formulation and causing the powder to coalesce into sturdy granules that gradually migrate and discharge from the lower end.
