Turnkey dry compaction fertilizer line designed for efficient NPK fertilizer production without drying processes.
Working Principle
This production line operates entirely without added water. Dry powder ingredients are automatically weighed via a precision batching system and thoroughly blended in a horizontal mixer. The mixed powder is then fed into a double roller press granulator, where it undergoes significant physical pressure between two counter-rotating rollers to form dense, flat flakes. These flakes pass into a crusher for size reduction, and a vibrating screen separates them into uniform particle sizes. Qualified granules proceed directly to packaging, while fine dust is efficiently recycled back to the roller press via a return belt conveyor system.

Application Scenarios
Ideal for small-to-medium scale investors or regions where fuel sources (natural gas, coal, diesel) are expensive or electricity supplies are limited. This system is particularly effective for processing heat-sensitive chemical formulas that tend to liquefy when exposed to conventional heating methods.
