Flat Die Organic Manure Pelleting Plant | Cylindrical Granule Fertilizer Manufacturing Line
Working Principle: Fermented compost is conditioned to a moisture level between 15% and 20%. The material skips ultra-fine pulverization and goes directly into a horizontal ribbon mixer before feeding the flat or ring die extrusion press. Heavy rollers force the coarse organic material through the die holes under extreme physical compaction. It emerges as dense, compressed cylindrical cords, which are trimmed to length by cutters. To obtain round shapes, a pellet polisher machine can be added directly after the press, using a spinning friction plate to round the cylinders into spheres.
