8-Stage Step-by-Step Working Principle
The entire process flow of this high-capacity compound fertilizer line is scientifically laid out to guarantee continuous, automated, and trouble-free operation:
  1. Smart Raw Material Batching
    The automated dosing and batching system precisely weighs urea, ammonium sulfate, and potassium chloride according to your specific NPK formula ratios.
  2. Homogeneous Material Mixing
    Industrial vertical or horizontal mixers blend the dry raw materials uniformly to improve the overall nutrient balance and fertilizer consistency of the final product.
  3. Double-Roller Extrusion Granulation
    The core machine—the double roller extrusion granulator—forces the mixed dry powder through two counter-rotating rollers under high hydraulic pressure. The powder is instantly compacted into solid flakes and then broken into raw granules.
  4. Particle Drying (Energy-Saving Option)
    For formulas requiring ultra-low moisture storage, granules go through a rotary dryer. *Note: For specific dry granulation formulas, this step can be bypassed completely, acting as a true non-drying system to slash operational costs.
  5. High-Efficiency Particle Cooling

  8. Automated Weighing & Packaging
