The 8-Stage Step-by-Step Working Principle

  3. Double-Roller Extrusion Granulation: The core machine—the heavy-duty ammonium bicarbonate granulator—forces the raw powder through two counter-rotating rollers under high hydraulic pressure. The powder is instantly compacted into solid flakes at room temperature and then mechanical crushed into raw granules.
  4. Particle Drying (Energy-Saving Option): For special custom formulas requiring ultra-low moisture storage, granules can pass through a rotary dryer. *Note: For standard ammonium bicarbonate and heat sensitive material granulation, this high-temperature step is completely bypassed to prevent nutrient loss and save fuel costs.
