  2. Automated Material Dosing & Gathering: Raw chemical crystals and organic fillers are systematically discharged from individual multi-stage storage hoppers onto a centralized gathering conveyor belt with real-time gravimetric verification.
  3. Turboized Homogeneous Blending: Precisely batched materials enter an industrial continuous ribbon blender, which aggressively moves the raw elements to achieve a uniform mix within minutes.
  4. Gravitational Roller Feeding: Mixed dry powder is automatically transferred via a bucket elevator into the double roller extrusion granulator's buffer hopper, where a variable-speed screw forces it into the press zone.
  5. High-Force Sheet Extrusion: Two heavy hardened alloy rollers exert immense mechanical press forces, flattening the loose dry mix into dense solid fertilizer sheets at room temperature.

  7. Multi-Deck Particle Sorting & Grading: Fully enclosed rotary screening machine grades the granular output. Standard commercial granules (2-4mm) go forward, while oversized chunks and fine dust are safely separated.
  8. Automated Re-Route & Packing Cycle: All off-size dust is automatically swept back to the blending stage via a return loop. At the terminal end, qualified granules are processed by an automatic packaging fertilizer line into 25kg/50kg bags, stitched, and robotically palletized.
