  1. Sealed Multi-Material Storage Intake: Raw fertilizer components or industrial chemical powders are vacuum-conveyed into independent enclosed hoppers to keep fine dust from escaping into the open plant environment.
  2. Fluidless Homogeneous Dry Blending: The bulk dry powders drop into a heavy-duty twin-shaft ribbon blender that uses aggressive mechanical agitation to create a perfectly uniform matrix prior to compaction.
  3. Forced De-Aerating Vertical Feeding: The blended powder drops into the vertical feeding throat, where a variable-pitch tapered screw pre-compresses and degasses loose material to prevent air pockets during the roller squeeze.
