This Rotary Drum Ammoniation Granulator Production Line utilizes chemical reaction heat generated by acid-base neutralization to drive the granulation process, significantly reducing external energy consumption while producing high-concentration NPK compound fertilizers with superior granule hardness.

Ammoniation Technology Advantages
  • Pipe Reactor System: Phosphoric acid and ammonia react inside a tubular reactor before being sprayed into the rotary drum granulator, utilizing reaction heat (120-150°C) for moisture evaporation and granule formation
  • Steam Injection Granulation: Superheated steam injected into the granulation drum raises material temperature to 55-75°C, dissolving soluble salts and promoting liquid-phase granulation for high-strength spherical particles
