The vertical design enables gravity-assisted feeding and efficient discharge, making it ideal for continuous production line integration.

  • Chain Crushing Mechanism: Multiple rows of high-strength manganese steel chains mounted on a vertical rotor shaft, rotating at 1,440 RPM to deliver powerful impact crushing force through centrifugal action
  • Vertical Gravity Feed: Material enters from the feed hopper and flows downward through the crushing chamber by gravity, eliminating the need for forced feeding mechanisms and reducing energy consumption
  • Wide Material Compatibility: Effectively crushes fermented organic materials (chicken manure, cow dung, compost), compound fertilizer return material, urea lumps, ammonium phosphate, and potassium chloride with moisture content up to 25-30%
  • Uniform Output: Built-in screen with adjustable mesh size (3-8mm holes) ensures consistent output particle size suitable for subsequent granulation processes
  • Easy Maintenance: Side-opening inspection door allows quick access to chains and liners for replacement without removing the entire rotor assembly
