Working Principle

The disc pan granulator drives the pan to rotate at a certain angle. Powdered material and a small amount of binder are fed onto the disc, where they roll and agglomerate into granules under centrifugal force and gravity. The granule size can be controlled by adjusting the pan angle, rotation speed, and material feed rate.
