The SH series rotary dryer machine is a drum drying equipment widely used for drying fertilizer, manure, and industrial materials. With a production capacity of 1-50 t/h and an inclination of 2-5 degrees, the rotating drum design ensures even and consistent drying of materials, making it an essential drying machine for organic fertilizer production lines.

Working Principle

Wet material is fed into the rotating drum from the higher end. As the drum rotates, lifting plates carry and drop the material through the hot air stream, transferring heat and evaporating moisture. The dried material discharges from the lower end, while the exhaust gas is treated by the dust removal system.
