The Shenghong horizontal fertilizer blending machine is a high-efficiency mixing machine designed for fertilizer production lines. Using an agitation and double-shaft mixing method driven by a 45 r/min main shaft, it blends raw powders, granules and additives into a homogeneous feed before granulation, helping to keep every batch consistent in nutrient ratio and moisture. With a carbon steel or stainless steel body and a PLC control system, the machine runs stably, mixes uniformly and is easy to operate and maintain.

The material is fed into the mixing chamber, where one or two blades on the horizontal shafts rotate at about 45 r/min to throw the powder and granules into a fluidized, spiral motion. This double-shaft agitation quickly disperses different ingredients and additives so that the mixture becomes uniform in a short cycle time. The discharge gate then releases the evenly blended material to the next stage of the line, such as granulation or packaging.

The machine is widely used for compound (NPK) and BB blended fertilizer, organic fertilizer and compost, as well as chemical powders and other dry materials. It works as part of a complete line together with a batching system, crusher, granulator, dryer, screener and packaging machine. It is also suitable for blending compost and organic raw materials before granulation.
