Energy Saving Rotary Drum Dryer 1-50 Ton per Hour Eco Friendly Rotary Dryer for Fertilizer Production

The Shenghong energy saving rotary drum dryer is a large-capacity drying machine designed for fertilizer and other materials. Wet granules or powder enter the inclined rotating drum and are lifted and cascaded by internal flights against hot air at 50–600 °C, removing moisture quickly and gently. With a capacity of 1 to 50 t/h, a carbon steel or stainless steel drum, and an adjustable 2.5–8 r/min speed, the dryer delivers stable, uniform drying with low energy consumption. It can use natural gas, coal, oil, or a steam boiler as the heat source, making it adaptable to different plant conditions and helping lower the fuel cost per ton of product.

Wet material is fed into the rotary drum through the feed end. As the drum turns at 2.5–8 r/min, the internal flights lift the material and let it fall through the hot air stream repeatedly, providing a large contact area for heat exchange. The drum's 2–5 degree inclination moves the material slowly toward the discharge end, ensuring continuous and even drying. Moisture is carried out by the exhaust system, and the dried product exits at the outlet for cooling and screening.
