Product Overview

The Shenghong wheel type compost turner is a compost machine and windrow turner built for aerobic fermentation of organic waste. Its rotating rake turns a 1.6m-deep, 12m-wide windrow so oxygen reaches the whole pile, speeding up composting to 7–15 days and improving fermentation uniformity. The result is stable, thoroughly fermented material ready for the granulation line.

The compost turner is used for organic waste composting from livestock manure, poultry litter, crop straw, sludge and municipal organic waste. It is an essential pretreatment stage in organic fertilizer production lines and works with a crusher, mixer, granulator, dryer and packaging machine.
