Product Overview

The Shenghong solid liquid separator is a manure dewatering machine that presses liquid animal waste into a low-moisture solid and a separate liquid stream. Its screw press squeezes cow dung, chicken manure and pig manure at 4–8 m³/h, cutting the solid water content to less than 35% so the material can move straight into composting and granulation. The 304 stainless steel screw press resists corrosion from aggressive slurry and keeps running continuously.
