The Shenghong fully automatic batching system is a PLC-controlled fertilizer dosing machine that weighs each raw material precisely before mixing. With a 1–10 t/h capacity, a 0.1–50 kg batching range and ±0.5% accuracy, it keeps every batch on formula and cuts material waste. The load-cell weighing system works in manual or automatic mode, and RS485/RS232 communication lets it link to the plant's PLC line.
