Product Overview

The Shenghong disc pan granulator is a fertilizer pelletizer machine that forms round, ball shape granules on an inclined rotating pan. Feed material at about 20% moisture rolls into small cores that grow into even pellets, then leaves the pan at 30%–40% moisture for drying. The pan angle is adjustable to suit different formulas, and the carbon steel body can be customized, making it a flexible forming unit for small and medium fertilizer lines.
