Product Overview

The SDZ-1.0 is our entry-level double roller granulator, built on a #10 carbon steel frame with an 11 kW drive. It suits small organic fertilizer workshops that need finished granules without investing in a dryer.

Working Principle

Powder is fed evenly into the nip of two counter-rotating rollers. The rollers compact the material into a dense sheet, which is then broken into flakes and shaped into uniform granules. A vibrating screen separates finished granules while oversize and fines return to the feeder, forming a closed loop with a granule formation rate above 93%.
