Product Overview

The SDZ-1.0 Double Roller Granulator retains a carbon steel frame while upgrading the hopper, rollers, chamber, and discharge to SS304 stainless steel. This is the most requested configuration for organic fertilizers with high moisture content or slight acidity, offering corrosion resistance precisely where the fertilizer contacts the machine.

Working Principle

Powder is fed evenly into the nip of two counter-rotating rollers. The rollers compact the material into a dense sheet, which is then broken into flakes and shaped into uniform granules. A vibrating screen separates finished granules while oversize and fines return to the feeder, forming a closed loop with a granule formation rate above 93%.
