Product Description

Product Overview

The SDZ-1.0 is a full SS316 double roller granulator engineered for 1 t/h production of corrosive and chloride-rich formulations. The full SS316 build is specified when the formula contains chlorides, sulfates or free acid that would pitting-corrode SS304 within months. Every surface that touches material, plus the housing, is constructed in SS316.

Working Principle

Powder is fed evenly into the nip of two counter-rotating rollers. The rollers compact the material into a dense sheet, which is then broken into flakes and shaped into uniform granules. A vibrating screen separates finished granules while oversize and fines return to the feeder, forming a closed loop with a granule formation rate above 93%.
