Product Overview

The SDZ-1.5 sits between the pilot SDZ-1.0 and the SDZ-2.0. With an 18.5 kW motor and ZQ400 gearbox, it holds stable output at 1.5 t/h — a fit for farms and small plants running a single shift.

Working Principle

Powder is fed evenly into the nip of two counter-rotating rollers. The rollers compact the material into a dense sheet, which is then broken into flakes and shaped into uniform granules. A vibrating screen separates finished granules while oversize and fines return to the feeder, forming a closed loop with a granule formation rate above 93%.
