Product Overview

The SDZ-2.0 Roller Extrusion Granulator is built on a heavier #12 carbon steel frame and driven by a 22 kW motor, sustaining 2 t/h through long shifts without frame vibration. It is the most popular size for single-line organic fertilizer plants.

Working Principle

Powder is fed evenly into the nip of two counter-rotating rollers. The rollers compact the material into a dense sheet, which is then broken into flakes and shaped into uniform granules. A vibrating screen separates finished granules while oversize material and fines return to the feeder, forming a closed loop with a granule formation rate above 93%.
