Product Overview

The SDZ-2.0 Roller Extrusion Granulator upgrades every material-contact surface to SS304 while retaining the #12 carbon steel structural frame. It is the preferred choice when production formulas shift between neutral and acidic batches, delivering reliable corrosion resistance exactly where the fertilizer contacts the machine.

Working Principle

Powder is fed evenly into the nip of two counter-rotating rollers. The rollers compact the material into a dense sheet, which is then broken into flakes and shaped into uniform granules. A vibrating screen separates finished granules, while oversize material and fines return to the feeder, forming a closed loop with a granule formation rate above 93%.
