Product Overview

The SDZ-3.0 is the largest single unit we build. It uses Φ300 × 300 mm quenched and tempered rollers, a ZQ500 gearbox and split bearing housings, so it can run three shifts at 3 t/h and also serve as the building block of multi-unit lines.

Working Principle

Powder is fed evenly into the nip of two counter-rotating rollers. The rollers compact the material into a dense sheet, which is then broken into flakes and shaped into uniform granules. A vibrating screen separates finished granules while oversize and fines return to the feeder, forming a closed loop with a granule formation rate above 93%.
