Product Overview

The SDZ-3.0 SS304 variant retains the heavy Φ300 roller set and ZQ500 gearbox while upgrading all material-contact surfaces to SS304 — the standard configuration for corrosive compound formulas at high tonnage.

Working Principle

Powder is fed evenly into the nip of two counter-rotating rollers. The rollers compact the material into a dense sheet, which is then broken into flakes and shaped into uniform granules. A vibrating screen separates finished granules while oversize and fines return to the feeder, forming a closed loop with a granule formation rate above 93%.
