Product Overview

The SDZ-3.0 Stainless Steel Double Roller Granulator features a full SS304 build covering the frame, housing, and every contact surface, finished with Ra 0.8 polishing. It is specifically engineered for plants that perform washdown between batches or produce fertilizer for markets with strict hygiene regulations.

Working Principle

Powder is fed evenly into the nip of two counter-rotating rollers. The rollers compact the material into a dense sheet, which is then broken into flakes and shaped into uniform granules. A vibrating screen separates finished granules while oversize material and fines return to the feeder, forming a closed loop with a granule formation rate above 93%.
