Product Description
Double Roller Extrusion Granulation Line — 10–15 t/h Modular Parallel Layout

This line reaches 10–15 t/h by running 4–5 units of SDZ double roller granulator modules in parallel. Modules can be SDZ-1.0, SDZ-2.0 or SDZ-3.0 in any mix that matches your formula and budget, so a plant can start small and add units as orders grow.

How the Modular Layout Works

Each module is an independent granulation unit with its own drive and hydraulic station, sharing one feeding conveyor, one discharge conveyor and one central control cabinet. Powder is fed evenly into the nip of two counter-rotating rollers, which compact it into a dense sheet. A breaker then shapes the sheet into uniform granules, and a vibrating screen separates finished product while oversize and fines return to the feeder. Because modules run independently, one unit under maintenance does not stop the rest of the line.
