2-3 t/h Disc Pan Granulator with Adjustable Disc Angle 45-55 Degree and 93 Percent Ball Shape Rate

The SHQ-2000 disc pan granulator shapes powder raw material into uniform round granules by rotating a 2000 mm inclined pan. Disc angle is adjustable between 45 and 55 degrees, so operators can tune retention time and ball size without changing parts. A 93 percent ball shape rate keeps recycling load low and cuts screening cost in a compound fertilizer line.
