The SHQ-2500 disc pan granulator shapes powder raw material into uniform round granules by rotating a 2500 mm inclined pan. Disc angle is adjustable between 45 and 55 degrees, so operators can tune retention time and ball size without changing parts. A 93 percent ball shape rate keeps recycling load low and cuts screening cost in a compound fertilizer line.
