2-4 t/h Rotary Drum Granulator 3-8 mm Round Pellets 11 kW Drum Granulator for Organic Fertilizer

The SH-1500x6000 rotary drum granulator uses a rotating drum with internal lifting flights to roll powder into round pellets while steam, water and binder are dosed along the drum length. It is the standard granulation unit in an organic or NPK fertilizer production line and produces 3–8 mm round pellets with a granulation rate of 70–80 percent.

• 1500 x 6000 mm drum with replaceable lifting flights and an 11 kW drive through a hardened reducer.
• Steam and water injection ports distributed along the drum for uniform temperature and moisture.
• Adjustable drum inclination and rotating speed to tune pellet size and retention time.
• 3–8 mm round pellet output with low fines, ready for drying, cooling and screening.
• Sealed riding ring and girth gear, with grease lubrication points on both trunnions.
• Heavy welded frame, suitable for continuous three-shift operation.
