Compound fertilizer provides comprehensive nutrients for crops. The production process combines essential plant nutrient elements (N, P, K, and trace elements) through chemical methods, integrating nitrogen fertilizer, phosphorus fertilizer, potash fertilizer, and other chemicals into particles suitable for agricultural application.
Raw materials pass through a double roller, enter the scattering room for granulation, and undergo sieving at the machine bottom. The screening system is customized to client requirements, with qualified granules separated and remaining materials returned to the mixer for re-granulation.
Compound fertilizer contains two or all three basic plant nutrients—Nitrogen, Phosphorus, and Potassium—along with microelements such as Boron, Manganese, Copper, Zinc, and Molybdenum. Raw materials can be supplied in powder or bulk form.
